In this role, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and support the sales team so they can continue to perform at their best. The Hero role 

As a Sales Admin, you maintain an overview of customer and sales data, optimize administrative processes, and ensure that our customers always receive the service they deserve. You are the administrative backbone of our sales team.

What will you do?

  • Support the sales team with quotes and contracts
  • Follow up and communicate with customers, for example regarding questions about quotes
  • Manage and optimize CRM processes
  • Enter, check, and maintain customer and sales data
  • Contribute to efficient and improved sales processes

Your skills

  • MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working, preferably with a commercial background
  • Accurate, structured, and independent; you like maintaining overview
  • Strong communication skills: Dutch required, English is a plus
  • Proactive mindset, able to think along and identify opportunities to improve processes
