The Hero role
As a Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You assist them via email and phone, ensuring they always receive the high-quality service they deserve.
What will you do?
- Support customers with technical questions and issues
- Follow up on support tickets and maintain clear communication with customers
- Manage and optimize support desk processes
- Assist with the technical processing of customer orders
- Contribute to more efficient and improved support workflows
In short: you make sure our support team can focus on what we do best - delivering innovative IT solutions for our customers.

Your skills
- MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably with an IT background
- Accurate, well-organized, and able to work independently; you enjoy keeping things structured
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills; Dutch is required, and English is a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for opportunities to improve processes
- In possession of a valid Category B driving licence
