Parttime (24 hours)
The Hero role
As a Finance Administrator, you are responsible for processing and verifying financial data, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and handling everything related to invoicing, payments, and debt collection. You also support periodic closing processes and the preparation of financial reports.
What will you do?
- Maintain the general ledger accounting
- Prepare financial reports based on accounting data
- Provide data for analyses, periodic closings, and reporting
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handle all invoicing processes
- Process payments, mutations, and debt collections
In addition, you support the month-end closing. You understand how financial entries are interconnected, can contribute to corrective actions, and provide input to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. When information is missing or figures do not seem to add up, you take initiative to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
In this role, you will work closely with our Financial Controller and Head of Office Management, who are mainly focused on reporting, planning, and control.

Your skills
You are accurate, have a strong affinity with numbers, and maintain an excellent overview. You enjoy digging into details and don’t wait around when something doesn’t add up - you take initiative to resolve it. With your proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and eye for detail, you ensure the administration runs smoothly and error-free.
- MBO level of working and thinking (financial, business economics, or administrative background)
- Experience in a similar financial administration role
- Available for 20–24 hours per week
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and accurate working style
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Experience with AFAS is a plus
