- 3.Upon receipt, we will begin investigating the issue. No diagnostic fees will be charged.
- 4.The repair proposal will be offered based on your strippenkaart or at a fixed rate. If you have no remaining strippenkaart credits, you will receive an offer for a new strippenkaart.
- 5.If you agree with the repair proposal or the use of the strippenkaart, we will proceed. We will keep you updated on the progress throughout.
- 6.We will send the repaired products back to you. If you require a replacement product during the repair, please contact us.
