DNA Services and Reverse IT form partnership for scanning hardware and software solutions
DNA Services and Reverse IT are collaborating to support their clients with an end-to-end solution for scanning hardware and complementary software applications. The two IT companies have agreed on this partnership, which has been implemented over the past period. Reverse IT provides end-to-end solutions for mobile devices, barcode scanners, and label printers. The company specializes in this field and offers its clients services including consulting, delivery, implementation, management, and repair. DNA Services supplies ERP software to its clients, including Uniconta and FreshERP, and also develops custom web applications.
De kracht van de MSP-aanpak en MDM
De rol van Reverse IT is geëvolueerd van hardwareleverancier naar een full-service partner die ook de volledige levenscyclus van mobiele devices beheert. Een essentieel onderdeel hiervan is Mobile Device Management (MDM). Voor enterprise hardware van merken als Zebra, Honeywell en Datalogic is dit centraal beheer onmisbaar:
- Beveiliging & updates: Wij zorgen dat alle PDA's en tablets altijd voorzien zijn van de laatste security-patches.
- Remote support: Bij technische vragen in het magazijn kunnen we op afstand meekijken, waardoor downtime tot een minimum wordt beperkt.
- Configuratie op maat: Scan-apps van DNA Services worden via MDM direct naar de juiste devices gepusht, volledig geconfigureerd voor gebruik.
