Honeywell has recognized Reverse IT as a Platinum Partner, the highest status achievable within their partnership. This designation not only highlights Honeywell's trust in Reverse IT’s expertise and services but also reaffirms the strong collaboration between the two companies. As a Platinum Partner, Reverse IT gains access to exclusive products, in-depth technical support, and specialized training. This enables us to better serve our clients with advanced solutions that elevate efficiency and reliability to the next level.

The new Platinum Partner status is not only due to the revenue growth Reverse IT has achieved with the Honeywell brand but also reflects the potential for future growth within the partnership.

Growth in results

“The collaboration between our companies has been on the rise for some time,” says Tim Rutten, Country Manager at Honeywell Productivity Solutions. The upgrade of Reverse IT’s status from Gold to Platinum was significantly influenced by revenue growth.

However, looking ahead to the future was also a factor:

“We see tremendous potential for the future in this partnership. We’re working on exciting plans together, and that naturally contributed to awarding the Platinum status,” Rutten adds.

On behalf of Reverse IT, Managing Director Edgar Beck shares insights on the successful partnership:

“In recent years, our industry has undergone significant changes, especially with the growth of Android. We believe Honeywell has adapted smartly to this shift, aligning perfectly with our vision,” he states.

A Broader focus

So far, Reverse IT has excelled particularly in the area of Honeywell mobile computers, which has been highly satisfactory for Honeywell. However, there are also opportunities for growth in other hardware and software areas.

“We believe there is still much to be achieved in areas such as scanning and printing equipment. We also want to drive growth in software. The complete hardware and software package is very important to us,” says Rutten.

Beck also sees plenty of opportunities moving forward:

“Like Honeywell, we are seeing a shift in focus toward mobile device management—a complete package. Additionally, with Honeywell’s value proposition for Android users through the Mobility Edge program, we can move forward together.”

Rutten praises the positive relationship with Reverse IT:
