The connection between LPR GmbH and Reverse IT was made through the ESLA Group, an international network of night distributors and service logistics providers. Like LPR, Special Logistic Services (SLS) is also a member of this group. SLS had previously collaborated successfully with Reverse IT. In 2018, SLS engaged Reverse IT to replace their mobile solutions for drivers, providing them with new Honeywell EDA51 handheld terminals, Logistics.ONE software from Aventeon, and SOTI MobiControl for mobile device management.

After extensive consideration, Aventeon emerged with its Logistics.ONE software. This company specializes in the relevant workflows within Transport & Logistics. For hardware, SLS chose the Honeywell EDA51 after thorough testing, in collaboration with Reverse IT. This decision was made based on reliability, strong support, and optimal price-quality ratio. Reverse IT played a crucial role in advising and guiding SLS, proving to be a valuable partner by providing thoughtful solutions and fast, effective support.

Reverse IT introduced and implemented the Enterprise Mobile Device Management platform from SOTI. With SOTI MobiControl, IT and department managers at SLS can quickly and easily set up and manage hand terminals remotely via a real-time dashboard. The solution has proven easy for drivers to use and functions properly on a daily basis. Additionally, Aventeon continuously develops its software, incorporating user feedback.
